The 3D-Tester is clamped like a tool in the milling machine and used for zeroing at the edges of the workpiece. It can measure in any direction (X-, Y-, Z-axis - hence the name "3D-Tester"). When the gauge shows zero, the milling machine axis is exactly at the edge of the workpiece. There is no need to calculate the diameter of the probe ball – just zero it!

All Universal 3D-Testers are individually tested and adjusted during assembly to achieve maximum measurement accuracy.

Includes a ceramic probe Ø3 mm.
