  • ELTA Courier - ACS - Free shipping within Greece up to 2kg over €80 (incl. VAT) (1 working day)
  • ELTA Courier - Charge €5 up to 2kg (€1.00/extra kg) (1 working day)
  • ACS - Charge €7 up to 2kg (€1.00/extra kg) (1 working day)
  • Indicate the shipping agent or carrier you work with.
  • Pickup from the store.

Shipping outside the European Union: duties and import taxes

For deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada, Australia, Israel), the destination country's customs duties and import taxes (such as import VAT or GST) are calculated at checkout and shown as a separate line before you pay. You pay them together with your order, and we ship with FedEx with duties and taxes prepaid by us (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid), so nothing more is due on delivery: no customs charges and no clearance fees. If you are ever asked to pay for one of our shipments, please don't pay. Contact us on +30 210 2231624 and we will settle it with FedEx.

If an order is cancelled before it ships, duties and import taxes are refunded in full. For returns after customs clearance, we refund them to the extent that the customs authority refunds them to us.

No customs duties apply to deliveries within the EU.
