Refund policy

As a customer of TRIANTAFYLLOU & SIA you have the possibility to return the products you have chosen, if you have changed your mind, if the selection does not meet your expectations or if the product is defective.

After you have received the product, you have the right to withdraw it within fourteen (14) calendar days, without incurring any costs, except for the return costs. Please contact us to be able to return the product. The product must be returned to TRIANTAFYLLOU & SIA within three (3) calendar days from the day on which you notified the company of your wish to withdraw, accompanied by the proof of purchase.

To accept returned products, they must be in their original condition. This assumes the original packaging and that they have not been unsealed. They must also not have been used at all and have no damage at all.

If purchased by debit or credit card, we credit your debit or credit card with the value of the products and delivery charges as soon as they are received and approved. Exceptionally, delivery costs are not refunded if you have chosen a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by TRIANTAFYLLOU & SIA. After we have received the product and after we have made the credit we will send you another confirmation E-mail.

In cases of purchase of products with cash on delivery, the refund will be made by depositing into a bank account.

We would therefore kindly ask you to inform us by email of your account number (IBAN), the bank where you hold the account and the name of the beneficiary. For security reasons the beneficiary of the account number must be the same person who is listed on the purchase receipt for the product you have returned to us.

In the event that the return is due to the customer's fault, the customer is responsible for both the return costs and the original shipping costs. In case the return is due to the fault of the company, the company is charged with both the return costs and the original shipping costs.

If you have received faulty or damaged products, please contact us and we will arrange a return from you, as well as a full refund for the products.

After acceptance of the product you will be refunded in the ways mentioned above, including shipping costs and we will arrange for the return of the defective product. Sometimes there may be a delay in crediting your debit or credit card which may be due to the bank. Please contact us if you have not received your credit within 14 days.
