The Helios‑Preisser GmbH is a German company based in Gammertingen (Schwäbische Alb), which for more than 75 years has specialized in the manufacture of high-precision manual measuring instruments. It has an extensive range of more than 3,500 different products, such as calipers, micrometers, protractors, and many special measuring tools. In addition, it offers specialized custom configurations. Circumference tapes are specialized measuring tapes designed to read circumference and the corresponding diameter directly on cylindrical parts. With the tape wrapped around the workpiece, the scale provides a fast, calculation-free reading for quick checks and repeatable measurements.
Available in multiple lengths and measuring ranges, with single or dual scales (circumference/diameter), durable steel tapes and clear graduations for shop-floor use. Options from Richter, Ultra & Insize.
Commonly used for pipes, shafts, rolls and incoming inspection in machine shops, maintenance and quality control.
