Edge Finders

Edge finders are setup tools for milling and CNC machining used to accurately locate a workpiece edge, allowing you to establish the X/Y zero and set the machine coordinate system before cutting. They are used in a vise or on a fixture plate to achieve repeatable, reliable part alignment.

Available as mechanical (eccentric/spring) edge finders and electronic versions with light or sound indication, in metric or inch formats, with multiple shank and tip diameters to match different holders and machines. Options from Insize, Kemmler & Soba.

Well suited for machine shops, toolrooms and production environments where fast, consistent setup is critical.
