ROTO RECORD was a well-known manufacturer of lathe chucks in the former East Germany ( GDR ). The brand's chucks remain popular for their precision and quality , even many years after production ceased.
This particular ROTO RECORD DH 315 x 4 chuck is old stock ( b-stock ), which has never been installed on a machine and has never worked at all. It is fully functional and with a thorough cleaning (with oil) it can be restored to factory condition.
Equipped with 4 steel self-centering clamps , it ensures the concentricity of the workpiece with the chuck, offering precision and ease of use. It is ideal for machining cylindrical and square workpieces.
