The PCE-ITE 50 is a rugged installation tester with a large 3.5" TFT color display. The PCE-ITE 50 installation tester provides, in addition to various measurement modes such as insulation resistance, earth resistance, loop impedance, voltage, the low resistance measurement and the RCD test, the ability to document measurements in accordance with the camera function.With the PCE-ITE 50 installation tester, you can ensure that the fixed installations are installed safely and correctly.Thanks to the double display , the intuitive symbols and the large viewing angle, you can perform your measurements with comfort and speed using the PCE-ITE 50 installation tester. With the PCE-ITE 50's low resistance measurement, you can check ground conductors, equalization rails potential and the protection conductors for low resistance.

The measurement range for measuring low resistance with the PCE-ITE 50 Installation Tester is 0 to 2000 Ω with a resolution of 0.001 to 1 Ω. Probably the most important measurement of the PCE-ITE 50 Installation Tester is the insulation resistance measurement. Electrical cables are energized during insulation measurement to detect leakage currents, which cause material movement or heat. In most cases, these current leaks are so small that they are not detected by the protection devices and in the worst case they can cause a fire. The PCE-ITE 50 installation tester can perform an installation measurement with a test voltage of 125V, 250V, 500V or 1000V. The load current is 1 mA in each case. The PCE-ITE 50 installation controller is independent of the mains supply. To bring all systems and circuits of a power supply system to a common potential (ground reference or dynamic reference) and to protect against short-circuit currents and overvoltages, the ground conductor must have as low a resistance as possible. With a measuring range of 0 to 2000 Ω with a resolution of 0.01 to 1 Ω, the PCE-ITE 50 installation tester offers all the prerequisites for a meaningful earth resistance measurement.
