The PCE-ITE 55B meter is a multifunctional instrument designed for electrical safety testing and inspection of electrical installations according to EN 61557 and DIN VDE 0100 standards. Additionally, it provides precise measurements of insulation resistance between live parts and ground. In the RCD test, residual current devices of type A and AC, B, B+, and F can be efficiently tested, ensuring the proper function of these important safety devices.
The ground tester allows quick and accurate measurement of loop resistance to ensure that, in case of fault current, there is sufficient resistance for safe shutdown. Additionally, measuring the protective conductor resistance enables checking the continuity of conductors and connections. The wiring diagram helps the operator perform measurements accurately.
The screen brightness can be adjusted to 4 levels. An adjustable alarm sound warns of errors or limit exceedance. The adjustable automatic shutdown time of the grounder prevents accidental battery discharge. The device comes with test cables that meet the specific requirements of CAT III / 600 V and CAT IV / 300V. The grounder offers a user-friendly interface, clear display elements, and robust construction to meet the demands in various environments. Compliant with international standards, it ensures a safe and reliable assessment of electrical installations according to the highest industrial standards.
With the optional EVSE test adapters, tests can also be conducted on wall chargers and charging stations for electric vehicles.
