Pool Water pH Meter Kit PCE-PH 16-TUM 20-CM 41-KIT
/ Turbidity meter / Conductivity meter / Easy operation of various parameters

The PCE-pH 16 meter is .  Failure to regularly check the pH value with the pool pH meter can damage components and other metal materials. An insufficient pH value also has a reduced effect of pool chemicals.

Using the pH meter makes determining the pH value particularly easy. With an accuracy of ± 0.1 pH and a reading of 0.01 pH, reliable and accurate readings are obtained. To take a measurement, the protective cover of the electrode must be removed. The electrode should be thoroughly cleaned before use with a neutral pH liquid. After cleaning the electrode, the meter is ready for use. The user should immerse the electrode in the water and then, within a few seconds, the measured value is clearly displayed on the instrument's screen. The data retention function allows the storage of the measured values. To keep the measured value on the display, it is enough to press the "Hold" button. The manufacturer recommends cleaning the pH meter electrode with a neutral pH liquid after each measurement. The user has the ability to exchange electrodes and recalibrate them.

In use pool pH meter.

In order to ensure accurate results in the long term, the meter should be calibrated at regular intervals. The meter can be adjusted manually at any time easily and quickly by immersing the measuring electrode in a pH 7 solution. When the value is stabilized, the correct measured value can be adjusted via the calibration screw at the top of the display using the screwdriver provided. Subsequently, the user can check the calibration using other solutions (eg pH 4 and pH 10).

Swimming pool pH meter applications

The pool water pH meter is the ideal water quality control instrument providing accurate and reliable readings. Unstable pH levels disrupt the balance of pool water, cause skin and eye irritation, and cause damage to pool mechanisms and components. The meter is battery operated. Thanks to its compact and robust design, the meter is ideal for portable use.

Equipment
In order to ensure high measurement accuracy, the pH meter should be calibrated regularly with the calibration solution provided in the package (pH 4.01 and pH 7.01) . For its proper maintenance, the electrode must be cleaned regularly with the cleaning solution, ideally after each use.

Portable turbidity meter according to ISO 7027 (with two automatic switching measuring ranges from 0 ... 50 NTU and 50 ... 1000 NTU)

The PCE-TUM 20 is a portable handheld turbidimeter for water quality analysis. The turbidity meter has two automatic switching measurement ranges between 0 ... 50 NTU and 50 ... 1000 NTU for greater accuracy. For the lower turbidity measurement range, diffuse light measurement or Nephelometry methods are used. For the higher measurement range, an additional photodiode is placed on the opposite side. Using the included 0 NTU and 100 NTU calibration solutions, the meter can be set and calibrated at any time. (Note: NTU stands for Nephelometric Turbidity Unit). An LED is used as a light source, which operates at a wavelength of 830 nm in the infrared light spectrum and is therefore invisible to the human eye. Since the measurement is performed in the non-visible region, any staining of the sample plays very little role in the measurement. By arranging the photodiodes at 180° and 90° angles, the measurement of transmitted light is used for the high measurement range and the measurement of scattered light for the low range. The PCE-TUM 20 turbidity meter meets all the standards required by EN 27027 / ISO 7027.
