Description
A micrometer head is a precision mechanical instrument used for linear displacement and fine adjustment/measurement of small travels. It is used in measuring fixtures, inspection benches, custom jigs, and positioning mechanisms where repeatable adjustment and a 0.01 mm reading resolution are required within a 0–13 mm range.
