View full detailsMoisture scales (moisture analyzers) are instruments for accurately determining a sample’s moisture content using the Loss On Drying (LOD) method. The sample is weighed, heated under controlled conditions, then reweighed after drying; the mass loss is used to calculate moisture percentage.
Available in different readability and capacity options, with heating technologies such as halogen or infrared, plus drying programs, automatic shutoff criteria and result logging. Options from PCE Instruments & Insize.
Well suited for QC in food, pharma, chemicals and plastics, where repeatability and traceable documentation are required.
