The reamer is a cutting tool used for enlarging or finishing the size of a hole that has already been drilled. Reamers have cutting edges along their entire length and rotate to smooth rough edges and bring the hole to an exact size. They are used in metalworking, woodworking, and machining tasks to improve the accuracy of existing holes. Reamers are the most precise hole-making tools and can meet high tolerances H6/H7.
