Neat Cutting Oil for Light Operations (Finish)

Neat cutting oil for light machining operations, low odor, which includes a special additive package in its formulation to provide boundary lubrication at the tool tip/chip interface. Q8 Bach XNL 22 also contains a special lubricity additive that acts as a wetting agent, continuously spreading the oil to the actual tool tip. The transparent appearance is particularly helpful for the machine operator, improving visibility of the workpiece and motion of the machine tool. Recommended for general machining of ferrous and non-ferrous metals. It provides excellent performance in operations involving light cuts and where a high standard of surface finish is desired. Suitable for automatic machinery and lathes with auxiliary high-pressure delivery systems.
