The PCE-320 climate meter measures air temperature and relative humidity, and determines dew point and wet bulb globe temperature. It also measures surface temperature at the same time, either with the supplied external temperature sensor or by infrared. Average, MIN, MAX and HOLD functions are included. Readings are shown on the backlit LCD, stored in the internal memory and can be transferred to a PC via Mini-USB using the supplied software.

Typical uses are checking storage and transport conditions for food to prevent mould growth, plus construction, industry and product development. An ISO calibration certificate is available from the factory, with the order or as an annual recalibration.

Hygrometers - Room Thermometers

The indoor hygrometers and thermometers (often referred to as thermo-hygrometers) are instruments for monitoring environmental conditions in indoor spaces. They allow simultaneous monitoring of temperature and relative humidity (% RH), ensuring occupant comfort and protecting sensitive materials from mold or drying out.

  • Functions: They feature high-response sensors, maximum/minimum value memory (Min/Max) and often a comfort level indicator (Comfort Level).
  • Applications: Essential in homes, offices, food storage areas, server rooms, museums and greenhouses.
  • Features: They are available as simple digital units for home use and as recording units (data loggers) for professional monitoring, with the ability to export data to a computer.
