The anemometer has a measurement range of up to 0 ... 30 m/s. In addition to velocity, the hot wire anemometer can accurately measure volume flow and temperature. The compact design of the sensors, combined with the foldable telescopic sensor, allow measurements to be taken even in places that are particularly difficult to access. This means that the hot wire anemometer can be used to measure the flow in the cooling fins or in the supply and exhaust air ducts.
With the airflow meter memory, up to 10,000 measurement points can be recorded. Stored data can be viewed directly on the hot wire anemometer after a measurement. Transfer of measurement data from the hot wire anemometer to a computer is possible via the micro-USB interface. The stored data is displayed in CSV format and can therefore be analyzed and further processed as required.
The built-in 1000 mAh battery in the air flow meter allows the device to be portable. The battery is charged via the micro-USB interface. This means that the flowmeter can be charged on any 5V USB interface. Combined with a tripod, the hot wire anemometer can be optimally positioned. There is a 3/8" tripod mount on the back of the anemometer.
