The PCE-894 dual laser infrared thermometer has a temperature range of -50°C to 1850°C / -58 ... 3362°F. The laser thermometer has a measuring distance to measuring area ratio of 50:1 and enables accurate, non-contact temperature measurement of very small areas. This allows you to measure the temperature in a pipe e.g. in heating, ventilation or air conditioning, without the ambient temperatures of the adjacent surfaces affecting the accurate measured values of the pipe. The dual infrared laser thermometer is also widely used in the automotive industry. On engine test benches, surface temperatures of engines can be determined quickly and reliably during a test run. The temperature of freshly painted sheet metal and plastic parts can also be measured without leaving traces on the parts.
The special feature of this infrared thermometer lies in its short response time (150 ms). The infrared thermometer has memory and USB for the possibility of electronic recording of measurement values. In addition to measuring temperature via infrared, you can also connect K-type thermocouple sensors to the device, so you can perform several tasks with one device. It also offers the ability to set the type of alarm functions and set the emission (explanation of the emission) of the measurement task.
