The PCE-HM 500 heating mantle is a laboratory instrument for heating solutions and aqueous media in 500 mL round bottom flasks. The temperature is regulated via a stepless rotary switch with a maximum value of 450 °C. The pre-heating times of the thermal jacket as well as the heating of the solution are particularly short.
