The viscometer has a measuring range of 27…. 5250 cp and an accuracy of ±1% of the measuring range. Due to the wide measuring range, it is possible to carry out a wide range of measurements with the viscometer such as the accurate determination of the viscosity of paints, oils and other liquids.
The 5" LCD touch screen allows easy operation of the viscometer. The measured values from the viscometer are displayed during the measurement, while at the same time they are displayed graphically on the screen in order to follow the course of the viscosity.
The external temperature sensor on the viscometer can be used to ensure that the sample is at the correct temperature. This allows the measurement results to be compared with other samples, as temperature affects viscosity. Thus, temperature measurement is an essential part of viscosity determination.
With the optional software, the viscometer can be connected to a PC. The software displays the measurement values from the viscometer live during a measurement. The individual measurement points are displayed in a table as well as graphically. Recorded measured values can be exported as a .csv file for further processing.
