The vibration and shock meter is ideal for maintenance and quick vibration checks on components, machines, and systems. With the external vibration sensor of the vibration meter, vibration displacement up to 3.9 mm, vibration velocity up to 399.9 mm/s, and vibration acceleration up to 399.9 m/s² can be determined. Measurement parameters available on the vibration meter include RMS, Peak, Peak-peak, and crest factor. You can use the device to quickly and reliably detect machine imbalances that may lead, for example, to bearing damage. The meter performs measurements according to ISO 10816-3. The vibration meter analyzes the measured values and automatically displays the evaluation on the screen.
The built-in LiPo battery with a capacity of 2500 mAh allows a battery life of up to 20 hours.
For further processing, the measured values can be stored manually or automatically in the internal memory of the vibration meter. After a measurement, the recorded measurements can be read on a computer. The software included with the meter for analyzing the measurement data displays the data in tables and graphs. Measurement data can be exported as a CSV file for further processing.
