Description
The PHT-C751 pencil hardness tester is used to measure the hardness of coating surfaces on flat substrates, according to ASTM D3363, ISO 15184, BS3900-E19, and ECCA-T4/1 standards. It defines the pencil pressure at a specific angle to evaluate the coating's resistance to scratching.
