When to select WBM permanent magnetic blocks:
WMB magnetic blocks are an excellent tool for attaching components during surface machining or welding. With these blocks, you will get flexible attachment without disturbing contours for easy drilling, deburring, fine grinding, and mounting work.
Advantages:
- Altogether 3 magnetic blocks with different design for high variability in clamping
- It is possible to steadily clamp flat, circular, square, and other sections
- Simple activation by using the switching key – turning by 90 degrees
- Magnetic block bodies are completely nickel-coated for high corrosion prevention
- Clamping blocks can be interconnected with a hexagon connector – thus, it is possible to create a larger clamping surface for larger or longer workpieces
- One package always contains two pieces of magnetic blocks
Detailed description:
Easily clamp flat, circular, square and other sections with our WMB permanent magnetic block. It has three specially modified sides, each for a different shape of component. It is easily activated using the switching key. There are three sizes to choose from. If you need to expand the clamping area, simply connect the blocks using the hexagon connectors. Bodies of these chucks are completely nickel-coated so they are highly resistant to corrosion.
