WN--08 Inserts

WN--08 inserts are indexable carbide turning inserts for 80° negative cutting geometry (WNMA/WNMG 08), engineered for controlled chip evacuation and consistent surface finish in general-purpose lathe machining.

Available in multiple chipbreaker designs and grades/coatings (e.g., for steel, stainless, cast iron), with options for roughing or finishing and different nose radii to match the required edge strength and finish. Options from Yg & Echain.

Choosing the right geometry, grade and chipbreaker improves tool life, reduces vibration and helps maintain stable tolerances on CNC and conventional lathes.
