Knurling Wheels

Knurling wheels (rosettes) are lathe-forming tools that imprint controlled ridges on cylindrical parts, producing a consistent anti-slip texture and functional surface finish. They are used in metalworking to improve grip and handling on turned components.

Available in straight, diagonal and diamond patterns, with multiple pitches (mm or TPI), diameters and widths, in grades suited for steel or stainless work. Options include right/left-hand knurls and matched wheel sets, from Zeus & Soba.

Common applications include handles, knobs, nuts and shafts; select pitch and profile based on workpiece diameter and the required finish.
