The PCE-VDL 24I is a 3-axis accelerometer data logger with a sampling rate of up to 1600 Hz. It records shock and vibration on all three axes at selectable time intervals. Data stays in the logger even without a power supply.

At 1600 Hz it resolves 0.4 millisecond intervals, capturing high-frequency vibration and short impact pulses. Gravitational acceleration is also recorded, so tilt and position changes are detected. Fit it to machines, motors, generators or moving objects for machine inspection, component stress tests, fault diagnosis and preventive maintenance. A Damage Boundary Curve (DBC) classifies impact loads in all 3 axes to predict damage to machinery, products, equipment or freight.

Vibration Meters

Vibration meters (vibration meters) are predictive maintenance instruments that record mechanical vibrations in rotating machinery.
