The PCE-CT 100N operates according to the magnetic induction method (ISO 2178) and the eddy current method (ISO 2360) and accurately and non-destructively measures the thickness of magnetically neutral layers on magnetic or non-magnetic base material.
With the external sensor, the thickness of the layer can be measured quickly and easily, even in hard-to-reach places. Data can be easily transferred to a computer via USB or WiFi.
The surface tester is particularly used in industry in finishing and electroplating applications, in ship and bridge construction, aircraft manufacturing, and the machinery and chemical industries.
