View full detailsThe contact thermometers are used when high measurement accuracy or internal measurement of an object is required. They are divided into thermocouple thermometers and RTD or PT100. Thermometers with type K thermocouples are the most widely used. Some instruments can connect to more than one thermocouple for multiple simultaneous measurements. PT100 type thermometers offer greater accuracy but a smaller range.
