Description

The RD2 form knurling tool (RW 161) is designed for profile shaping without material removal in plunge or longitudinal applications. It supports RAA, RGE 30°, and RGE 45° profiles according to DIN 82. It is used on CNC and conventional lathes, machining centers, or multi-axis machines. The tool adjustment is done easily and precisely via a synchronized shaft and integrated scale.
