Helios‑Preisser Factory
The Helios‑Preisser GmbH is a German company based in Gammertingen (Schwäbische Alb), which for more than 75 years has specialized in the manufacture of high-precision manual measuring instruments. It has an extensive range of more than 3,500 different products, such as calipers, micrometers, protractors, and many special measuring tools. In addition, it offers specialized custom configurations. With production “Made in Germany”, two production facilities, and more than 120 employees, Helios-Preisser covers applications in mechanical engineering, metallurgy, laboratory measurement, and quality control, making it a reliable provider for demanding measurement projects. Helios-Preisser now belongs to the Mahr Group.

View full detailsPlug gauges (GO/NO-GO pins) are fixed-limit standards used to quickly verify hole diameter and tolerance without reading a scale. They support fast in-process and final inspection to confirm a bore is within specification.
Available as sets or individual pins, in metric/inch sizes, with different tolerance classes and lengths, including double-ended GO/NO-GO styles. Options include hardened steel or carbide for wear resistance, from Insize, Ultra & Preisser.
Well suited for machine shops, CNC production and QC departments where repeatability and speed matter. Choose based on nominal size, tolerance grade and expected wear.
