With this service, we extend the manufacturer's standard factory warranty (usually 12 months) to a total of 24 months, at no additional cost to the customer. The warranty exclusively covers defects due to design and/or manufacturing problems.

Not covered:

wear and tear from normal use,
damage from improper use or use outside specifications,
incorrect storage,
unauthorized repair or intervention,
damage during transport,
consumable or replaceable parts (such as sensors, probes, cables, batteries and similar parts).

Within the warranty period, and after a technical inspection, the product is repaired or replaced free of charge.

After the warranty expires, technical support and repair options are provided at the lowest possible cost.
