- (M14) - Austenitic Stainless Steels - (Series 300 - Common INOX)
Suitable but not optimal choice for:
- (P5-9) - Mild Alloyed Steels - (Steels - Structural Steels)
- (S31-32) - Heat Resistant Superalloys - Iron (Fe)
- (S36-37) - Titanium Alloys
Cutting Material

HSS-E – High-speed steel enriched with 5% cobalt Offers improved hardness and high heat resistance. It is an upgrade compared to classic HSS.

VAP (Vaporized Oxide Process) – Thermal treatment with saturated steam, creating a thin porous oxide layer (Fe₃O₄) on the tool surface. It does not provide hardness but improves lubricant absorption, reduces friction, and helps chip removal. Ideal for sticky materials.
