Toolbits

Toolbits (HSS tool bits) are cutting blanks for lathes and toolholders, ground to the required profile for roughing, finishing, grooving and threading. They provide flexible tooling with consistent cutting geometry for workshop and production use.

Available in square and flat sections, in multiple lengths/sizes and HSS grades: M2 for relatively soft materials, M35 with 5% cobalt for general-purpose work and interrupted cuts, and M42 with 8% cobalt for very high hardness and demanding high-strength steels.

Choose based on workpiece material, machine power and cutting mode to maximize edge life and surface finish.
