The torque wrench tester consists of a portable measuring device and an external torque transducer. The torque transducer is connected to the hand-held device via a 1.5 m / 4.9 ft cable and thus allows installation on a test stand or direct assembly on a test bench.
The torque measuring device is delivered set up so that test measurements can be started immediately. The measuring accuracy of the device is 0.5% of the measuring range. It is therefore used as a reference device for testing and adjusting static torque tools. A bolted latch is essential for dynamic torques.
The torque transducer has a 1/2" square socket and can perform torque measurements in both directions of rotation. With a sampling rate of 1600 Hz, the torque meter reliably detects the first and peak torque (PEAK). Thanks to the freely adjustable values alarm, the torque measuring device can warn the user of overloading the tool.For a more detailed analysis, the user has the option to connect the device to a computer and further process the measurements through software.
The digital torque wrench tester is a precise instrument that quickly indicates faults and helps in their precise elimination. The gauge can be used as often as required to keep the tool in top condition, but also to regularly assess quality, which is one of the key parameters in any application.
