Machining Materials
Excellent choice for:
- (K15-16) - Gray - Cast Irons (2.5-4.0%C , 1.0-3.0%Si)
- (K17-18) - Ductile Cast Irons with Spheroidal Graphite (2.0-2.6%C , 1.1-1.6%Si)
Suitable but not optimal choice for:
- (K19-20) - Malleable Cast Irons (3.0-4.0%C , 1.8-2.8%Si)
- (N27) - Copper Alloys - Brass (Cu+Zn)
Cutting Material

HSS-E – High-speed steel enriched with 5% cobalt Offers improved hardness and high heat resistance. It is an upgrade compared to classic HSS.

Ni (Nitride Coating) – Nitride. Creates a hard and durable surface that improves wear resistance and protects against corrosion.
