These chucks are designed to be universal, but are most suitable for grinding machines due to their precision. Adjustment to the required accuracy is achieved by means of 3 tangentially positioned hardened set screws.
Chucks IUPG
- chuck body - ductile cast iron
- functional surfaces ground, ensure accuracy of clamping and extend chuck life
- from ø160 size hardened and ground steel tongues for guiding jaws
- screws allow the chuck to be positioned near zero runout (alignment accuracy up to 0.005mm)
- clamping the chuck on the machine spindle using an intermediate flange
- 1 set of hard outer jaws SCV, 1 set of hard inner jaws SCN
- 1 spanner, clamping screws
