With the PCE-CRM 40 spectrophotometer, important photometric factors in the measurement field can be determined, including tristimulus values of XYZ, color position coordinates u' and v' according to CIE 1976 and color position coordinates xy according to CIE 1931 . The user can locate the dominant wavelength within the spectrophotometer's sensitivity range, which is 360 … 780 nm, as well as the color density (Pe) and the correlated color temperature (CCT) in Kelvin.
Also, the spectrophotometer displays the luminance in lux (lx) or foot-candle (fcd) and the luminous flux in lumens (lm) and indicates the color in the RGB color space. Measurements are taken quickly and accurately and recorded through the software.
