The coating thickness gauge can reliably determine the thickness of plastics, paints and other coatings on ferrous and non-ferrous metals. With a measuring range of up to 0 ... 1500 µm on ferrous metals, the coating thickness gauge covers a wide range of applications. Due to the accuracy up to ± (1.0% L + 0.5 µm), where L is the measured value, the caliper makes an accurate and reliable measurement. The sensor on the coating thickness gauge has a V groove, thanks to which it is possible to take measurements on curved and concave surfaces. In addition, the caliper has an alarm function, where the user has the possibility to store the desired limit values. A green light indicates a measurement that is within the limit values ​​and a red light indicates a measurement that is outside the limit values.
Measured values ​​can be stored as a memory of 2,000 records is available. The measured values ​​can be transferred to a computer and analyzed using the software. For further processing, the data can be exported in CSV format.
