The shock and vibration meter is ideal for maintenance and quick vibration testing of components, machinery and systems. With the vibration meter's external vibration sensor, vibration displacement up to 3.9 mm, vibration velocity up to 399.9 mm/s and vibration acceleration up to 399.9 m/s² can be determined. RMS, Peak, Peak-peak and crest factor are available as measurement parameters in the vibration meter. You can use the device to quickly and reliably detect machine imbalances that can lead to, for example, bearing damage. The meter performs measurements according to ISO 10816-3. The vibration meter analyzes the measured values and automatically displays the evaluation on the screen.
The integrated LiPo battery with a capacity of 2500 mAh allows a battery autonomy of up to 20 hours
In addition to the normal mode, the meter has an FFT mode. In FFT mode, the frequency spectrum for the measured vibration velocity or vibration acceleration is calculated and displayed. The calculated FFT lines are displayed graphically in an overall view for the entire frequency band and simultaneously in a magnified display of the individual lines.
An additional function is route measurement. Path measurement is specially designed for repeated measurements at close points . Due to its extensive measuring functions, the meter can be applied to a wide range of control tasks.
For further processing, the measured values can be manually stored in the vibration meter's internal memory. After a measurement, the recorded values can be transferred to a computer via the micro-USB port. The software that comes with the meter for analyzing the measurement data displays the data in tables and graphs. Measurement data can be exported as a CSV file for further processing.
