Hunix is the new line of Hepyc .
Unique for its Geometry .
The design developed for this tap is oriented to create the necessary cutting and burr discharge conditions in any group of materials. This is mainly due to the optimized groove profile, adapted undercut and progressive helical grooves. Three characteristics that have made the Hunix series unique, due to its mechanical behavior, overcoming with optimal results all the tests it has been subjected to.
Unique to Microfinish technology.
The Hunix line of collets incorporates Microfinish technology, an innovative formula that increases thread quality as well as production efficiency up to 27% higher than that of a conventional collet.
In addition, with this new series of collets, Hepyc manages to reduce tool wear by increasing its useful life by 27%, thanks to the rounding of the cutting edges.
Another advantage of this technology is the roughness of the bottom surface that reduces friction during machining, with a lower torque that prevents premature breakage.
Likewise, a third feature is a continuous cutting edge, which results in a higher quality thread surface finish.

The two coating layers of Hunix TIN+ collets provide hardness, coefficient of friction, maximum temperature and coating thickness that make it one of the most beneficial tools for the industry.
