Adjustable Tapping Attachment with Reverse

These tapping machines can create threads (M2-M7), (M3-M12) and (M8-M20), depending on the selection. They feature torque adjustment (with a numerical scale) to prevent tap breakage.

They are equipped with an anti-vibration clutch, which has a unique design with double springs. This mechanism allows automatic disengagement during clockwise (CW) rotation and smooth engagement during counterclockwise (CCW) rotation. The counterclockwise movement withdraws the tap faster than the clockwise one, thus significantly increasing productivity.

The taper in the head uses round, flexible collets for size adjustment and concentric alignment of the tap. The rear square end of the tap (square drive) is held by a self-centering two-jaw clamping plate, which provides the main drive to the tap during operation.
