View full detailsMetric thread repair kits are used to restore damaged internal threads in holes by re-tapping and installing an insert, creating a new, reliable thread with the same pitch. They are ideal for parts affected by wear, cross-threading, or over-tightening.
Available for multiple M diameters and pitches, with inserts in different lengths, taps, drills, and installation/removal tools, from Baer & Hepyc. Choose based on the base material (aluminum, steel) and the required thread engagement depth.
Common in workshops, machining, and maintenance operations where fast, durable repair is needed without replacing the component.
