  • (S) - Heat Resistant Superalloys (Fe,Ni,Co) - Titanium Alloys (HRSA, Titanium alloys)

Chipbreaker

  • (SM) - Geometry specially designed for general machining of superalloys and titanium alloys. Features a moderate rake angle (rake angle). Suitable for medium machining. Combines toughness (toughness) and high wear resistance (wear resistance)

Grade

  • YG401 – For superalloys (HRSA) (S10–S20). Durable PVD TiAlSiN coating for excellent protection and lubrication.

Feed

  • Fn = 0.15~0.30 mm/rev

Cutting Speed

  • (S31-37) - Vc=30~90 m/min
