The Bottle Torque Gauge is designed to determine the torque of screw caps on bottles and similar containers in a stationary manner. This measurement with the torque meter is particularly important and necessary in the food industry in order to evaluate the correct sealing of the products and to ensure their proper preservation.
It does not matter whether the torque meter is used in the laboratory or in production. The rotating plate of the torque meter can accommodate samples with a diameter range of 20 to 200 mm. Thanks to its crank handle, samples can be quickly and easily placed on the meter plate.
The meter has a display where the current measured values as well as the peak value (PEAK) are displayed. Then, thanks to the supplied software, the measurement data can be transferred to a computer via a USB port and the measurement progress can be displayed graphically and in a table. Data is stored in the meter's memory and can be recalled for further processing and analysis as well as printed at the touch of a button via a printer built into the device. To prevent all readings from being printed at once, the meter provides the ability to limit the readings.
