View full detailsThickness gauges are instruments designed for fast, repeatable thickness measurement on flexible materials, using controlled contact force and flat anvils to minimize sample deformation. They are commonly used on paper, films, bags, leather and thin plastic sheets.
Available in analog (dial) and digital versions, with different throat depths, contact tip diameters and resolutions for ultra-thin film or softer substrates. Options include easy zeroing, rigid frames and high-contrast readouts, from Insize, Kafer & Teclock.
