Superstone Ceramic Files

Superstone ceramic files are precision finishing abrasives designed for working very hard materials and surfaces, such as molds after coating/painting or heat treatment. They enable controlled material removal, improved surface finish and tight dimensional accuracy, especially in edges, corners and hard-to-reach areas.

Available in multiple profiles and cross-sections (flat, round, triangular) and a range of grits for stock removal through final polishing, from Besdia. Suitable for use with air tools and holders, offering consistent cutting action and long service life.

Commonly used in mold making, tooling maintenance and high-end finishing operations where grit selection and profile directly affect the final surface quality.
