View full detailsStroboscopes are non-contact inspection instruments used to measure rotational speed (RPM) and visually analyze vibration or motion in rotating parts. By adjusting the flash frequency until the target appears “frozen”, you can verify speed, detect slip and support precise setup.
Available as portable LED stroboscopes with adjustable brightness, trigger/phase options, fine/coarse tuning and digital frequency readout. Options include rechargeable power and rugged housings, from PCE Instruments.
Commonly used in maintenance and QC for belts, fans, shafts and rotating assemblies across industrial production lines.

Stroboscopes stroboscopes are measuring and inspection instruments that use intense, periodic flashes of light to make rapidly moving objects appear stationary or in slow motion. They are based on the phenomenon of persistence of vision, allowing the inspection of machinery in operation without interrupting the production process.
- Functions: They allow measurement of revolutions per minute (RPM) and vibration frequency (Hz) without physical contact.
- Applications: Ideal for checking belts, gears, fan blades, and motion analysis on packaging or printing lines.
- Features: They have an adjustable flash frequency, an LCD display, and often a Phase Shift function for observing the object at different angles of motion.
