The PCE-TUM 20 is a portable handheld turbidimeter for water quality analysis. The turbidity meter has two automatic switching measurement ranges between 0 ... 50 NTU and 50 ... 1000 NTU for increased accuracy. Diffuse light measurement or Nephelometry methods are used for the lower turbidity measurement range. For the higher measurement range, an additional photodiode is placed on the opposite side. Using the included 0 NTU and 100 NTU calibration solutions, the meter can be adjusted at any time. (Note: NTU stands for Nephelometric Turbidity Unit)
