The PCE-LT 12 is a versatile measuring instrument. In addition to standard voltage and current measurements, the multimeter can be used for network analysis, that is, to check LAN connections and telephone lines for correct wiring and operation.
Thanks to the cable tracing function, the operator can find the required cable in minimal time in cases of complex wiring.
To check if voltage is applied to a cable, the detector features an NCV (Non-Contact Voltage) function. Then, if it detects voltage without contact, it activates an audible and visual signal. Thanks to this non-contact measurement function, accidents due to electric shock are reduced.
