This Privacy Policy describes how the Company processes your personal data when you visit organametrisis.gr, make a purchase or contact it, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and applicable Greek law.

1. Data controller

2. Data collected

The Company collects the details you provide when ordering, creating an account or contacting it, such as your name, address, email, phone and invoicing details, as well as browsing data, such as your IP address and device information. Your card details are processed directly by the payment provider and are not stored by the Company.

3. Purposes and legal basis

The data are used:

  • to fulfil your order and support you (performance of a contract);
  • to meet the Company's legal obligations, in particular tax and accounting obligations (legal obligation);
  • for site security, fraud prevention, debt collection and the defence of legal claims (legitimate interest);
  • for statistical analysis and advertising (consent).

The Company may send news about its products with your consent or, if you are already a customer, about similar products, as the law permits. You can unsubscribe from any message. No decisions producing legal effects for you are made solely by automated means.

4. Recipients

The data are not sold to third parties. They are shared only as far as necessary with the Company's partners (providers of the online store platform, payments, shipping, software, analytics and advertising), with accountants and legal advisers, and with public authorities where the law requires it.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Some partners process data outside the European Union, in particular in the USA and Canada. Transfers take place on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or other appropriate safeguards under the GDPR, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

You can exercise your rights at info@organametrisis.gr. The Company responds within one month, a period that may be extended by two months for complex requests.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

The Company takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

The Company may amend this Policy. The version in force is posted on the site, with the date of last update.
