The PCE-WSAC 50W module 230 mainly used to measure and monitor the wind load on cranes or wind turbines. Important tool for wind control when designing and building a wind turbine . The PCE-WSAC 50W module 230 is equipped with an alarm relay for pre-alarm or main alarm.
Thanks to the high measuring range , wind gusts can also be monitored and measured. The RF range of the unit is up to 750 m / 2500 ft in an open field in the 2.4 GHz frequency band. When installing the PCE-WSAC 50W module 230 in buildings, a range of up to 60 m / 200 ft can be achieved for the wind sensor. Thanks to the analog output the measured data can also be transferred to other units for evaluation.
