End Mills

End mills are milling cutters used on CNC and manual mills to remove material when machining slots, shoulders, profiles and helical toolpaths. Selection depends on workpiece material, cutting geometry and the surface-finish and accuracy requirements.

Choose from multiple diameters and lengths, 2–6 flutes, square or ball nose styles, plus wear-resistant coatings for higher speeds and longer tool life. Options for steel, stainless and aluminum are available from Yg, Echain & Hepyc.

For consistent results, match the holder and clamping method to your setup rigidity to reduce chatter, tool wear and breakage.
